1. I want to use more transitions to make my writing flow better.
2. I will stop using crutches to sound more sure of myself and seem more academic.
3. I will stop using a big long quote without taking the irrelevant pieces out of it.

I did pretty well with meeting my goals that I set at the beginning of the quarter. I showed that I can use transitions in my writing. I also learned to avoid crutches and using long quotes with irrelevant pieces.
My writing could be represented by a tree because everything is connected for a reason (branches of the tree). It all leads back to the promise or thesis (trunk of the tree)
